PROCESS SERVING:

We will personally serve legal documents in accordance with instructions for an agreed fixed fee including cost of affidavit /Statement /Certificate of service if required or agree an hourly rate plus expenses.

TRACING SERVICES:

Tracing of persons; for witness purposes, debtors and loan defaults, for Solicitors, Insurance Companies, Banks, Building Societies, Local Authorities, Rental Agencies, Credit Companies, Car Hire, Vehicle Lease and Hire Purchase Companies.

RE-POSSESSION OF CREDIT CARDS:

We will attempt to re-possess credit cards as instructed where misuse and debt has occurred on behalf of Banks, Building Societies and Credit Card providers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

RTA ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION:

We will attend the site of any accident with or without the policy holder and obtain details of the scene and prepare sketch plan with measurements and take photographs in support and prepare an investigators statement as required by Insurers or Solicitors.

We will interview the policy holder and any witnesses in accordance with the PEACE model of interview and obtain statements and other details as required.

ACCIDENT AT WORK /INJURY/DAMAGE CLAIMS

We will attend the scene, prepare locus report, plan if necessary and photographs, interview witness and the claimant as required and agreed and take statements in accordance with CPR Rules.
